These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms for any work we carry out. Work is covered by a separate contract agreed before it starts.

Using the site

You are welcome to read this site, download the documents we publish and get in touch. In return, please do not try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it wholesale, or use it in a way that stops anyone else using it.

The content on it

Everything on this site, the words, photographs, project pages and design, belongs to us or to whoever licensed it to us. You can share a link to any page, print a page for your own use, and quote a short passage if you say where it came from. You cannot republish our content or use our photographs as your own.

Our logo and name are ours. Any other company's logo or mark on this site belongs to that company.

What the site is for

The pages describe the kind of work we do and how it is generally carried out. They are for information, not advice on your particular site. Every job is different, and nothing here should be treated as a specification or a recommendation for your project until we have looked at it.

Project pages describe work we have carried out. They are not a promise that any future job will run the same way or produce the same result.

Getting in touch is not an agreement

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take the work on. A job only starts once we have quoted, you have accepted and we have both agreed the terms.

Documents we publish

Certificates and policies published here were current when we uploaded them. Certificates carry their own expiry dates. If you need to verify one, the certification body's own register is the place to do it.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or always be free of errors. We can change or remove anything on it at any time.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, that is for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on information on it.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
