What we collect

We only collect personal information if you send it to us using the contact form. That form asks for your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, the service you are enquiring about, the location of your project and your message.

We do not collect anything else. This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising tools. If you read the site without contacting us, we hold nothing about you at all.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use what you send to answer your enquiry, price the work if you ask us to, and stay in touch about that enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about work.

We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell them, rent them or pass them to anyone for their own use.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a job, the contract and project records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, insurance and legal reasons.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to us and stored on this website's hosting. Both our email provider and our hosting provider can technically access what is stored on their systems, as any provider can, and both are bound by their own agreements with us.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless we have to by law.

Where it is held

Within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email info@crummock.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
